Ликвидацията на ДПК се извършва за период от поне 6 месеца при стандартната процедура или поне 3 месеца при бързото производство.

Какви са изискванията на закона за преобразуване на ДПК?

Дружество с променлив капитал може да има средносписъчен брой на персонала по-малък от 50 души, и годишен оборот, който не превишава 4 000 000 лв., и/или стойност на активите, която не превишава 4 000 000 лв. В случай че Вашето ДПК надвишава тези параметри, то трябва да се преобразува в ООД или АД.

Какви промени мога да правя по ДПК?
